Such hotels are designated for those wanting only those very basic hotel accomodation services to get such services at much lower prices. The buttons used here are also OTIS equipment but are not very common in Hong Kong. There is also a trilingual automated announcement. On approaching and leaving the top floor a high-pitch sound of the AC propulsion motor is clearly heard.
